PM Weblogs featured heavily at COMmunICaTe’07, a series of workshops on Web 2.0 technologies for international teachers held in Amsterdam recently. The blogging workshop run by Gareth Davies, enabled educators from throughout Europe to consider the learning benefits of blogging for students of all ages. The teachers all set up their own blogs and will be trialling them in their classrooms over the next few months.
So successful was the event, COMmunicate’07 will be repeated twice in the UK before the end of the year in the Leeds area and London.

Partnership Matters was present at the recent BETT Show at London’s Olympia. There was lots of interest from teachers in the PM Blogging Package. The photo shows John
Sutton demonstrating the ease at which blogs can be used at the chalkface. You can read about his take on the show over at his blog.
Even if you were not at the BETT Show then you can still get in on the action and create a trial PM blog to explore how blogs might enhance the teaching and learning at your school. It is a simple process. Why not give it a go?
